    2014年以来，平邑县信访工作在市委、市政府的坚强领导下，在上级信访部门的大力支持下，认
真贯彻落实中央、省、市一系列信访工作精神，以“领导干部公开接访、信访积案化解、领导干部包
案”为重点，不断推动信访工作制度化、规范化、法制化建设，全县信访形势平稳。特别是国家信访
局 2014年 5月 1日施行《关于进一步规范信访事项受理办理程序引导信访人依法逐级走访的办法》
以来，平邑县加大宣传力度，积极引导来访人依法逐级走访，取得明显效果。全年共发生群众到县以
上上访 866起、同比下降 23%，3465人次、同比下降23%。
