    出台《中共平邑县委、平邑县人民政府关于全面推进义务教育均衡发展的实施意见》（平发〔2014〕10号），把
均衡发展工作纳入全县科学发展考核指标，多次召开调度会、现场会、推进会，强力推进。教体局机关工作人员深入
学校，托清底子，列出清单，各镇街、学校把义务教育均衡发展工作当作头等大事，排除困难，扎实推进。
