    成立汛期气象服务领导小组，切实落实汛期气象服务责任制。完成了 6个自动气象站的升级、改造工作，确保了
所有站点汛期能发挥作用。完善公共气象服务流程，天气过程前及时发布预报预警，过程后及时发布过程降水量等天
气实况。与县减灾委、防汛办、水利局、国土局、广电局建立了联系机制，确保重大灾害性天气能及时防御，及时预
警，减少灾害损失，保证了安全度汛。
