    实施了知识产权强企工程。利用科技活动周、科技进企业等活动载体开展科技宣传活动，定期组织科技人员到企
业现场办公，对企业员工进行专利申请和保护工作培训，鼓励企业自主研发新产品，强化了企业知识产权创造和保护
意识。重点培育了拜尔建材、蒙沃变速器、中兴盛建材、环球印铁、路美交通、天宝化工、奇伟罐头、归来庄矿业等
一批专利大户，7家企业成长为中国专利明星企业。2014年 1～12月份，全县专利申请 144件，其中申请发明专利 55
项，比去年同期增长37.5%；发明专利授权 15项，比去
