工服务知识和服务礼仪。2014年度平邑支行荣获临沂市分行“服务明星支行”荣誉称号，网点服务水平得到不幅度提
高，实现了网点管理、营销和服务的标准化、流程化和规范化，激发了网点的内生发展动力，全面提高了网点的核心
竞争力。
