    结合“便民办税春风行动”的开展，深入落实“导税服务”“一次性告知”“免填单”服务，扩
大同城通办范围，减少及简并涉税文书表单 32种。以政务大厅搬迁为契机，优化办税环境，开展特
色服务。严格贯彻落实各项税收优惠政策，共减免税款 1898万元。全年共办理涉税事项 133981户次，
收缴税款 72193.9万元。纳税服务中心获全市地税系统“十佳文明服务窗口”荣誉称号。
