    抓好农民负担监督管理工作，落实减负工作责任制，加强农村建房、计划生育、中小学教育等方
面的专项治理，发放农民负担监督卡 26万份。高度重视涉农信访工作，参加区委、区政府安排的信
访工作组，做好调查处理工作，确保信访矛盾及时化解。抓好阳光政务热线、行风热线、马上就办等
省市督办信访案件，安排专人靠上抓调查、抓落实。全年，累计参加区委区政府安排的信访工作组 8
个，接待涉农信访 35起，按时有效办结案件 35起。
