    由医改办牵头开展县级公立医院综合改革工作，10月 1日县人民医院、县中医医院准时实行药品
零差率销售，并对医疗服务价格进行相应调整。目前门诊次均费用 140元，较改革前下降 14.17%；
住院次均费用 4470元，较改革前下降 0.5%。药占比为 32.87%，较改革前下降14.04%，群众受益明
显。
