    建立健全法律援助机制，为符合救助条件的残疾人提供及时有效的法律援助。认真做好残疾人信访工作，2014年
共处理残疾人来信来访案件 31件，电话咨询 297件；妥善处理回复县长信箱、“12345热线”案件 15件，信访案件
办结率 100％。根据残疾人实际需求，投入资金 8万余元，对 98户肢体残疾人进行家庭无障碍改造，为 266名符合
条件的下肢残疾人发放机动轮椅车燃油补贴。
