    结合领导干部联系服务群众活动，健全完善网格化服务管理离退休干部各项工作制度，采取电话
联系、征求意见、不定期走访的形式，加强与离退休干部的沟通了解。配合上级建立健全离退休干部
统计系统，完成离退休干部信息采集、数据库录入和维护工作，为离退休干部服务管理工作的协同、
创新、发展打下坚强基础。坚持和完善离退休干部信访首问责任制和局长接待日活动，注重通过对离
退休干部的信访、来访，发现、研究、解决新情况新问题，加强和改进离退休干部服务管理工作。
