    建国初，蒙阴县人民政府民政科设人事股，负责干部管理工作。1952年县府成立人事科，设科长、办事员各1人。1961年10月，人事科改为人事监察科。“文化大革命”前期，为组织组所代替。1970年3月成立人事局，至1987年，有局长1人，副局长3人，工作人员8人。
