    1945年冬，县设司法科。1948年1月，司法科撤销；1949年6月又恢复。1950年8月司法科改为法院，从此司法行政工作一直属县法院管理。
    1981年1月14日，县设司法局。1984年5月，局下设办公室、法制宣传教育股、基层调解管理股。局长1人，副局长2人。1987年，全局干部21人，工人7人。各乡镇配备司法助理员14人，其中兼职3人。
