    本县商会于1917年（民国6年）成立，设正副会长，先后有李成祚、齐兆典、白春奎充任。1925年，因土匪扰乱，商会停办。1931年恢复，张廷信任主席，邱振东、李宝玉任常务委员。
    抗日战争时期，抗日民主政府在根据地内成立了商联会，协助政府筹集军需民用物资，起了积极作用。
