    1970年3月，县无线电元件厂建成，有职工20人，固定资金7万元。该厂主要生产2CZ系列5A、20A、50A及3CT系列5A、20A、50A硅整流元件，并生产3CT50A充电机。1976年产电子元件2.5万只，产值100万元；1978年产3.5万只，产值160万元，创利9万元；1985年产电子元件3万只，产充电机100台，产值22.8万元，创利税4万元。1987年有职工49人，固定资产净值49.73万元，产电子元件21572只，产值43.94万元，利税额9500元。
    1987年12月，县电池厂开始生产HJCK—60型程控电子交换机，产5台，产值15万元，获利2万元。
