　　1991～2008年，共审结各类行政案件1233件。其中，维护行政机关决定的占34%，撤销和
变更行政机关决定的占41%，撤诉的占17%，作其他处理的占8%。同时根据行政机关的申请，
依法强制执行了大量行政处罚决定。在抓好行政审判的同时，加大行政诉讼宣传力度，先后
为行政执法单位举办行政诉讼法培训班62场次。
