　　1991～2008年，县检察院共受理公安机关提请批捕各类刑事案件3900余件、5793人，经
审查批准逮捕3626件、5181人，不批准逮捕316件、521人；受理公安机关移送审查起诉案件
4114件、6318人，经审查提起公诉3707件、5460人，上呈市检察院233件、552人。同时，充
分行使法律监督权，搞好法律监督工作。1998年至2008年12月，共通知公安机关立案143件、
154人。
