　　1988年6月，设立了沂水县天力审计师事务所，隶属于县审计局，实行自收自支、自负盈
亏，财务独立核算。1991年，有工作人员5人。1992年，开始开展资产评估、会计咨询服务、
验资服务、基本建设项目预决算审验等业务，并按照物价部门核定的收费标准收取服务费。
1993年12月，升格为正科级事业单位，内设办公室、验资咨询服务科、查证审计科和资产评
估中心。1999年8月，根据国家财政部和山东省财政厅的有关规定，天力审计师事务所与县审
计局全面脱钩，业务上隶属山东省注册会计师协会管理。
