3次。2006～2008年，对政府定调价项目，实行价格决策听证制度，增强了价格决策的民主化
、科学化。其间，沂水县共召开公交车票价、城市供水、城区集中供热等价格听证会5次。2
007～2008年，对实行政府定价、政府指导价的商品和服务价格实施定价成本监审。沂水县先
后组织了公交车、出租车、景点、供水、供热等14个项目运营情况的成本监审。
