　　1998年成立法警队，2005年9月更名为警务科，主要负责检察机关直接受理案件侦查、预
审活动的安全保障，提解、押送、看管犯罪嫌疑人、执行拘传、协助搜查等工作。1998～20
08年，共出动警力2681次，协助自侦部门看管犯罪嫌疑人452次，协助搜查113次，拘传和传
唤犯罪嫌疑人378次，送达法律文书687次。同时，完成检察院交办的工作任务540件。
