    1964年8月，县成立安置城市下乡青年领导小组，分管的副县长任组长，办公室
设在计委，计委主任兼管办公室工作。1965年11月设安置办公室，配备主任1人，工
作人员2人。1970年原领导小组办公室撤销，知青工作归县革委内务组。1971年6月，
知青工作交县委群工组。1974年6月，随着知识青年上山下乡运动的高涨，知青工作
从群工组分出，重新成立了领导小组，下设办公室，配备办公室主任1人，工作人员
3名。之后领导小组又进行了多次调整充实。1981年1月，知识青年上山下乡领导小组
及办公室撤销。
