    1980年12月，成立沂水县司法局，局以下设公证、法律顾问两个处。1982年3月
，增设了办公室、宣教股、调解股。1984年5月，进行机构改革，局内部机构进行了
调整，除公证、法律顾问两个处外，局以下设人秘、宣传、教育、调解4个股。局主
要职责是：进行法制宣传、法制教育；开展公证、律师业务；管理基层人民调解工作
。1986年1月，县成立普法办公室，办公室设在司法局，负责全县普法教育。1990年
底，全局有干部职工42人。
