    1984年4月1日，沂水县工商银行成立。内设办公室、人事、信贷、计划、会计、出纳
、储蓄、营业室8个股室，和前进厂、机修厂、韩旺铁矿3个银行分理处，以及沂城东
关街、沂新路、沂河桥头、沂蒙路4处储蓄所。1985年增设信托部。1986年撤销信托
部，改设金融服务部。同年6月27日改股设科。为适应工作需要，1990年县工商银行
内设信贷、技改、计划、保卫、审计稽核、人事、会计、出纳、信托公司、营业室、
办公室和工会共12个科室，以及3个银行分理处和12处储蓄所。共有职工125人。
