    粮油系统内部调拨，作价办法按发粮地统购价以质论价，另加经营管理费，另外
，原粮每百斤加8％，非食用油脂加16％，粮食的副产品加经营管理费的二分之一。
其调拨作价形式有两种：一是汽车运输从发货点直接运至收货方；另一种是铁路运输
，各发粮点集中运至益都转库，并办理中转手续，付上中转费，最后由粮食局与收货
方结算。县内调拨不分等级，一律按中价执行，每百斤加经营管理费0.70元；县外调
拨按实际等级价执行，每百斤加经营管理费1.25元。
