    1914年县设总务科，1920年设劝业所，1925年改称实业局，1928年改称建设局，
1934年改称第四科兼管交通工作。1939年10月，北沂蒙联防办事处设建设科。1940年
3月，沂水抗日民主政府设建设科。新中国成立初期，县内先后设置实业科、建设科
兼管交通。1956年4月，设交通科。1958年，县公路站并入县交通科。1959年11月，
县交通科改为县交通局。1963年5月，县公路站从交通局分出。1966年“文化大革命
”开始后，机构瘫痪。1968年2月，县革命委员会生产指挥部设工交组，分管交通工
作。1972年10月，恢复县交通局。1990年底，局设人事秘书、业务、计划财务3个股
和公路管理所、运输管理所，有干部职工139人。
