  沂水县人民政府办公室关于印发《沂水年鉴》(1991～1999年卷)组稿方案的通知
  各乡镇人民政府，县政府各部门：
    为全面、系统、翔实地记载我县地域内1991～1999年政治、经济、文化、科技、
教育、社会生活等方面发展情况，特别是近年来的新经验、新思路和新成就，为各级
领导把握县情、地情，实施科学决策，为各行各业提供信息资料，为各界人士更好地
认识沂水、了解沂水服务，县政府决定编纂出版《沂水年鉴》(1991～1999)卷。现将
年鉴《组稿方案》印发给你们，望认真遵照执行。
