    1992年1月，检察院开始对行政诉讼和民事审判活动实施法律监督。本着“积极
、认真、稳妥”的方针，受理民事行政案件。对违反法律、法规的行政判决、裁定和
认定事实、适用法律错误的民事、经济判决、裁定，提起抗诉。至1993年，共受理案
件11起，立案1起，侦查终结后移送临沂分院，依法提起抗诉。
