    1941年建县到中华人民共和国成立，财政收入主要靠田赋、公粮、公
草(1949年将田赋、公粮、公草合并，改称农业税)、契税、募捐、罚没等。建国后，
收入项目逐渐增加，主要有企业收入、农业税收入(1987年开征农林特产税)、商业收
入、工商各税收入、事业收入及罚没收入等，财政收入逐年增长。
