    1951年3月成立文化馆。1952年建成神山、兰陵2个文化站，借用民房作活动场所，利用黑板报、图片、土广播、幻灯等宣传工具开展活动。1963年撤消。1974年至1975年9月全县建立21个公社文化站，每站配置1至2名非脱产人员。1996年全县共有文化站、文化中心28处，文化大院168家，县文化馆设有创作组、美术组、群众文化组等。
