    1984年5月苍山县审计局成立，设3股1室，10人，有审计师2人，助理审计师1人。1986年6月改为4股。1988年3月审计师事务所成立。同年9月内部机构变为5股1所。1991年2月局内部职能机构设置7股1室1所，即：基建审计股、行政事业审计股、工交企业审计股、商贸企业审计股、财金审计股、人秘股、内审工作指导股、办公室、审计师事务所。1996年局内部职能机构为6科1室1所。即财金审计科、行政事业审计科、基建审计科、工交企业审计科、商贸企业审计科、办公室、内审指导科、审计师事务所。共36人，其中审计师15人，助理审计师7人。
