    从1951年至1981年，苍山县保险业务由于多次时办时停，保费收入也不固定。自1981年苍山县的保险业务再次恢复，1982年保险业务逐步推开，当年收取保费9.8万元。从此，全县的保险业务不断扩大，并得到持续发展。截至1996年累计收取各项保费6647万元，其中财产保险费3325万元，人身保险费1840万元，储金收入1482万元。
