    1950年曾先后举办“折实”储蓄和“保本保值”储蓄，1952年停办。后举办“货币定额储蓄”，1954年底停办。1955年举办“零存整取定期有奖储蓄”和“活期有奖储蓄”，1966年11月停办。
    活期储蓄1951年举办，以后改为“存折”和“存单”2种，至今沿用。定期储蓄（整存整取定期储蓄，零存整取定期储蓄）1954年举办，至今沿用。1987年举办“定活两便储蓄”。1988年9月举办“保值储蓄”，保值率由人民银行总行按季公布，于1996年随着市场物价的稳定停止保值。截至1996年底，全县城镇储蓄存款总余额为75348万元。
