    1950年县人民银行即开展对机关、团体、企事业单位的存款业务，把单位现金吸收进银行，逐渐做到代理收付及通过银行转帐。对公存款包括财政性存款、企业存款和机关团体存款。1949年存款余额1万元，1950年2万元，1960年443万元，1970年437万元，1980年594万元，1990年7079万元，1996年对公存款余额23353万元。
