    1986年苍山县人民银行，对经营金融业务的金融机构实行许可证制度。1986至1987年对全县100个金融机构补发《经营金融业务许可证》。1988年1月对全县金融机构换发总行统一印制的《经营金融业务许可证》。至1996年底，全县共有金融机构183处，全部颁发经营金融业务许可证。
