    新中国成立后，工业管理主要分为2个阶段。建国初期至80年代，县属工业企业实行计划经济管理，个体经济作为国民经济的补充，自主经营。80年代后进行经济体制改革，计划经济逐步向市场经济过渡，国家对企业由计划管理转向宏观调控，企业自主经营，自负盈亏。
