    1943年赵鎛县司法科成立，设科长、录审员、看守等职。1947年10月司法科同民政、教育科合并，成立民教司科。1948年司法机构撤销。1950年后司法行政工作由法院兼理。1980年11月5日成立县司法局。1996年全系统174人。其中，机关国家公务员19人，工勤人员7人，公证员9人。
