    新中国建立前，未设专门人事机构，人事工作由政府直接办理。1951年8月县政府成立人事科。“文化大革命”期间人事科停止办公，具体业务由县革委政治部组织组办理。1975年9月县革委成立政工组，负责人事工作。1976年重建人事局，编制8人。1996年人事局下设办公室、调配任免科、工资福利科、科技干部科、干部教育科、退休干部科、人才交流服务中心、机关事业保险处、机关事业技术工人考核办公室、机构编制委员会办公室。
