    1940年1月，县抗日民主政府成立，由建设科管理农林牧各业。1945年秋建设科改称实业科，1950年3月复称建设科。1953年11月，农业科从建设科分出，1956年10月改称农业局。1958年12月设农林局，1960年3月改为农业局。1959年11月设水产局，1961年1月并入农业局。1962年5月，农业局改为农林局，同年10月又改为农业局。“文化大革命”初期，农业局陷于瘫痪。1970年12月成立农林局革委会，1971年6月改为农林局。1975年8月复设农业局。1976年7月复设水产局。1984年5月，设立农牧渔业局，水产局并入。1990年4月，撤销农牧渔业局，设立农业局。1999年，农业局下设单位有：农业技术推广中心、种子公司、农业广播学校、经营管理站、渔政站、能源办公室，行政科室有：办公室、人事股、财务股。
