    县境属暖温带季风区，四季分明，雨热同季，利于农业生产。
    依照气候学上之物候现象和气温变化划分四季，各季不等长。冬季最长153天，夏季次之92天，秋季最短57天，春季为63天。冬季寒冷少雨，为半干旱气候，夏季炎热多雨，为湿润性气候，春秋季为温暖宜人的半湿润气候。但随着地球大气趋于变暖和污染加剧，县内气温增高，降水减少，日照率降低。
