    县内银杏品种主要有大马铃、大金坠、大圆铃、大龙眼等，从80年代至今选育了郯城5号、郯城9号、郯城16号、郯城13号、郯丰、郯早、郯魁、郯艳、郯新、大金果、新宇、魁铃、魁金、郯城202等早实丰产优质良种，另外还相继选出了叶用品种和雄株良种共20多个品系，引进了日本滕九朗等品种，县境内银杏生产基本实现了良种化。郯城银杏的优良品种已被国内各地广泛引用。
