    清代，县署工房管理农业。北洋军阀统治时期，农业由县公署实务局管理。1928年，国民党县政府改设第四科管理农业。1938年，县抗日政府建设科管理农业。建国后，县1954年设农业科，1958年改称农业局。1962年2月，农业局并入农林水利局。1964年4月恢复农业局。1970年1月，农业局、林业局合并称农林局。1975年1月恢复农业局。1984年7月后，农牧渔业局管理农业。
