    1956年3月，建立县计划委员会。1958年，统计科并入计划委员会，称计划统计局。1960年，恢复计划委员会称谓，设计划科、统计科、物资科、劳动科、基建科、节约办公室。1969年9月，称县革命委员会生产指挥部计划组。12月，改称冠县革命委员会计划办公室。1981年恢复计划委员会，设办公室、工业物资料、计划综合科、基建科，并设局级经济技术协作办公室。
