    1945～1955年，县文教科设体育干事1人，管理体育工作。1956年，建县体育运动委员会，主任由县长兼任，教育局配1名专职干部管理。1973年，县体育运动委员会，下设办公室，设主任1人，干事1人。次年办公室专职干部增至3人。1979年，在体育场内建办公室12间。1980年，县体委为专设机构，至1985年有干部职工13人，其中教练员8人，有办公楼1座，建筑面积800平方米。
