    1958年1月，县广播站建立，位于铜城镇南关，西临官路沟，设有播音室、机房、发电机房，工作人员5名。茌东合县后更名为“茌平县广播站铜城放大站”。1973年底，迁往铜城镇东关。1976年4月，改称东阿县广播事业局，下设机线、农网、编播3个股和办公室。1984年7月，体制改革后更名为东阿县广播电视管理站。
    1958年7月，首建铜城区放大站。1963～1970年增设顾官屯、刘集、陈集、高集、牛角店、单庄6个区放大站，1971年撤区并社后放大站增至14处。1985年9月，单庄、姜楼、大桥放大站改为广播站，并配有专职编播人员。
