    1956年6月，县政府始设计划委员会，主任由分管县长兼任，设专职副主任3人。计划、劳动、统计、物价等设专人负责。尔后，机构、人员多次调整，计委名称多次变更，至1985年，劳动、统计、物价先后分出为独立办事机构，计划委员会成为专司计划单位，有干部职工1人，其中副主任2人，主任由分管县长兼任。
