    凡征用土地，均须付补偿费，以确保被征者利益。补偿费包括土地补偿费、青苗补偿费和地上附着物拆迁费。建国初至60年代，每亩地包补三年产量（以近期年产量为准）；青苗包补一季产量；房屋按照原拆原盖折价，坟墓每座拆迁费10～15元。每亩地补偿80～120元。70年代末期，由于粮棉产量提高和地上附着物增多，县城区域内每亩补偿费增至900～1200元。1985年，每亩在5000～8000元，高者达1.7万元。其补偿费，由征用单位与被征单位共同商定。
