    1953～1958年，由老制胶工任技师，沿用祖传秘方和传统工艺。夏季洗泡，除毛晾干后贮存；冬季铡皮、泡皮、煮制化皮，浓缩出胶。各工序均为手工操作。1959年，对部分工艺进行改造，把传统用火方式——木柴直火，改为煤炭直火，降低了成本，缩短了熬制时间。1977年始用滚桶机洗皮、蒸球机化皮，切胶达到半机械化。1985年生产实现机械化。
