    60年代末，县建筑社生产水泥电线杆，供广播、邮电部门架设线路。随后，广播、邮电、供电部门投建生产水泥电线杆自用。1973年，为满足机井建设需要，各公社工业部门相继建起沙管厂，生产不同型号的水泥沙管；1975年发展到14处，从业人员135人，年产值30.12万元。80年代后，城乡建设加快，县建筑公司及城乡建筑队多生产楼板、涵管、水泥檩条、盖板等预制件。同时，机井建设减少，多数沙管厂改产水泥制品。
