    1969年9月，县成立人民防空领导小组，下设办公室。1970年7月，改称战备领导小组。1975年2月，复名县人民防空领导小组。1978年9月机构撤销，业务交县人武部。县防空领导小组负责人民防空、全民办后勤和野营拉练等战备工作。人防、城防、民兵防空专业队伍建设、通信警报、宣传教育等由人武部和有关部门协调进行。军队系统的人防工作，在地方党委领导下统一组织实施。
