    县每年都有一批大、中专毕业生，充实到各行业，成为一批新生骨干力量。建国初至1985年，全县共分配大、中专毕业生2639名，其中大专以上毕业生608名，中专毕业生2031名。除国家分配大、中专毕业生外，还有城镇待业人员中的高中毕业生和电视大学、业余大学、职业大学、函授大学等毕业生充实干部队伍。
