    1945年9月22日，茌平县城解放，县政府机关进驻县城。1946年6月，根据冀鲁豫行署通令，茌平县抗日民主政府改称茌平县人民民主政府，隶属冀鲁豫行署一专署。下设民政科、财经科、建设科、教育科、司法科、公安局、交通局、贸易局、工商管理局、粮食库和人民银行茌平支行。
    1946年1月2日，博平县城解放，县政府进驻博平城。1946年6月，博平县抗日民主政府改称县人民民主政府，属冀鲁豫一专署。下设民政、财政、建设、教育、司法科和公安、工商管理、邮政局及人民银行博平支行。
